The study adopts a narrative and case study techniques as approaches to qualitative research method; analyzes some selected street arts in Anambra state such as Bridge-Head Onisha, Nibo and Aroma Flyover Awka and tries to identify some of the recurring themes, symbols, and messages associated with these arts in nation-building. Also, personal observations, insights, and interviews with artist(s) involved in the creation and maintenance of these murals on nationbuilding were highlighted and discovered that murals can foster a sense of identity and cultural appreciation among citizens by creating a positive urban art environment in the state. The study therefore recommends that mural arts are viable tools that can influence how individuals perceive and understand their surroundings, fostering a sense of pride, belonging, and patriotism.
